I am a graduate student in History.  I am interested in historical and political writing, both fiction and non-fiction. Crafting arguments and supporting them with evidence are skills I have and continually prove upon. My background in History has allowed me to focus heavily on my research skills. I pay close attention to making writing concise, since I am rather wordy by default. I've also had to focus on and improve structuring my writing in History to craft and support stronger arguments. My professional background is in high school, and I love teaching. Helping students improve their writing has always been something I have enjoyed very much.
